Want to build a live website? Could you choose the right domain name, learn about templates and layout, manage images and text, use an FTP programme to manage your files online, optimise images and your site for search engines and be ready to 'go live' with a professional looking, fully functional website in just 6 weeks?

With a little help from us you could! For some students, you can go on to 'add on' a full e-commerce shop, forums or more features.

You can find your own clients, choose to help one of our local charities or community groups or build your website for your own use. You don't need any website design skills or experience, all you need is the commitment to see the project through for the full 6, weekly, days of training.

All students completing this course will get a free web domain name of their choice which will be theirs to use for 2yrs, they will also recieve 1yrs free web hosting so they can continue to develop their site after the course has finished.

Students may renew the domain name and hosting for as long as they wish (from £7.50 for 2yrs for domain name plus approx £30 per year for hosting).
