Organising and managing any event can be exhausting, frustrating and a minefield of paperwork, with a very generous helping of mega stress! We can however help you to not only cope, but you might even enjoy the experience! There can be nothing more rewarding than a well organised, successful event where everyone - even you - have a wonderful time!

This short training course is aimed at people with little or no experience at organising almost any kind of community event. It looks at how to approach your project in a calm, organised and informed way.

As professional event organisers we will show you how to identify and organise the tasks you need to perform, recognise essential health and safety issues, how to find out about associated legal requirements, understand the purpose of the risk assessment and how to write one, how to approach marketing your event, what to do on the day, where to find useful guidence and help and how to keep your sanity!

Please note that you must be over 19yrs old to participate in this 6 week, FREE* course. The course will take place in central Swindon (*subject to status).
